and I'm loving it. I'm working on a project at work where ''performance'' is the code word for ''speed'' and let's just say, right now, IT sucks - better but still sucks.
After reading an blog entry by John Patrick, former IBMer and, in my view, a pragmatic futurist, I decided to follow his lead and install Google Chrome, their new browser.
In a word, WOW. Now, I like and use extensions out the wazoo on Firefox2 (can't go to 3; company doesn't support yet). What I hadn't realized was how pokey it had become; whether because of my myriad of add-ons or something else. All of my favorite sites, including VitaList - which doesn't work on Firefox2 after recent upgrade w/o assist from IE Tab extion - work like a charm.
Google Chrome Rocks! Yeah, it's rough around the edges, but .... speed matters.
